Strategy & Architecture Design

We're not on AWS yet. How long does a typical migration take?
It depends on the size and complexity of your environment. A focused migration of 3–5 applications typically takes 8–12 weeks. A large enterprise migration with 20+ workloads is typically scoped as a phased programme over 6–12 months. We’ll give you a specific estimate after the discovery assessment.
We're already on AWS but things are messy. Can you fix an existing environment?
That’s one of our most common engagements. We start with a Well-Architected Review to assess where you stand, then execute a prioritised remediation plan — improving security, reducing costs, and improving reliability without needing to start from scratch.
How do you handle the risk of downtime during migration?
Every migration we run includes a detailed cutover plan with a validated rollback procedure at each stage. We migrate and validate in parallel environments before any production cutover, and we schedule high-risk changes during low-traffic windows.
